My nurse, Toshi, is phenomenal in every aspect of the word. The care she has provided is far above par and she should be used as an example as to how to treat a patient. Not only did Toshi exceed my expectations in regards to her general medical knowledge, but she made my experience personal. She is intuitive and would spring into action as needed with a smile on her face while offering warm words of encouragement. I am now familiar with my care and medications because she was willing to take time out of her already busy schedule to sit and explain in detail any questions I've had. Toshi is a true DAISY Nurse and I am blessed to have her as my nurse.
