This nurse truly made my experience better than I could have ever imagined. From her knowledge and expertise to her care and compassion, she went above and beyond in every way. Tracy kept me calm for 12 hours prior to delivery, while also doing different techniques to get my baby in the right position. If every nurse cared as much as Tracy, the world would be a much better place.

My daughter-in-law came in to have her first child and "Miss Tracy" was helping her prepare and making my daughter-in-law very comfortable. She was really compassionate. She made you feel at home while providing excellent care. My daughter-in-law was very nervous but Miss Tracy kept her talking and interacting with her, my son, and me. This helped relax her and keep her at ease. Thank you, Tracy!

I came into the emergency room three days prior to my due date with heavy bleeding. Being a first-time mom I was really scared! I was wheeled up to L&D where I was met by Tracy. Her shift had just started. I knew this was not the best of circumstances to deliver a baby, but Tracy was there for me and reassured me every step of the way. Tracy helped me breeze through contractions and kept me updated that she was trying her hardest to get me that epidural as soon as the anesthesiologist was free. Epidural finally came and then later a baby girl came. Tracy coached me the whole way and made it seem like delivering a baby was easy! But after delivery, I experienced an emergency. I was rushed to the OR and again Tracy was with me, encouraging me, talking to me and holding my hand the entire time. I was really scared but I could focus on her touch and it gave me reassurance that everything was going to be fine. They finished up my surgery and took me back to L&D. Tracy's shift was over, but she stayed and talked to me and prepped the next nurse very well for me. I will never be able to think about the birth of my daughter without thinking about Tracy and how she made the scariest day of my life so comforting. She truly has a "healer's touch".
