Tracy is highly skilled, which I know you have to know that already. She is absolutely an outstanding role model to all the other nurses. She provides outstanding, quality health care to every patient she is in contact with. She demonstrated the desire to help bring each one of her patients to wholeness. She is truly extraordinary, highly motivated, encouraging, professional but warm and approachable when you need answers to questions that worry her patients. You made a wise choice in bringing her on board to the St. Francis health care team. She is definitely a Team Leader! She is very calm and reassuring to her patients' needs and fears. She smiles a lot with her eyes and makes you feel valued as a patient and or patients' spouse. She made our difficult stay a pleasant one. Thank you to Tracy and all the staff.
