Tracy is truly committed to focusing on the goals of the patient and family. She consistently receives compliments on her ability to provide excellent care. She is very much a patient advocate challenging the physician's orders when appropriate. She consistently exhibits a positive attitude, never sits down and looks for ways to improve the patient outcomes. She is highly respected by her peers and is an excellent team player.

One of the most challenging situations occurred when she received a patient from the Emergency Department covered from head to toe with lice and bed bugs. Without hesitation she proceeded to spend over two hours removing the critters while maintaining a professional decorum with the patient. Tracy has 'a healer's touch'.
