Tracy Merrick 2, RN

My mother had a knee replacement, and she had a hard time dealing with the pain and being able to use the restroom. I came in at 7:00 AM to visit, and Tracy came in with a positive attitude and introduced herself, and said she was here if we needed anything. BIG difference from the night shift experience. She acknowledged my Mom and made her feel important. I assessed my mom to be sure the medications were correct to ensure no errors were made. She made sure my mom's needs were taken care of, and that made my mom feel safe and cared for. Thank you for caring!
