Tracylyn has been consistently kind and patient during my stay but also demonstrates excellence in response to unexpected situations. When I was ready for discharge, a power outage at my home was an obstacle that threw me for a loop. Tracylyn solved several related problems with creativity and compassion - working with a social worker, OT, the doctor - and even thinking of my sister, who will be my caregiver during my transition to being home. She took care of us and made me feel safe, despite exceptional circumstances and few available options. Tracylyn is a wonderful nurse and such an asset to KMC!
