The patient's spouse stated that they looked forward to seeing him at night, he made the night better for them. Troy made them feel at home and when her husband pulled out his IV during the night. Troy was very understanding. Troy spoke with the night NP and communicated that the family did not want another IV placed because he was going to be discharged in the morning. They loved Troy, even more, when another IV didn't have to be placed in the patient. The family was very thankful that he took the time to call the provider and advocate for them.
