Trudy was instrumental in helping diagnose my husband's medical problem. He had been in the hospital for several days and could not eat or drink because he could not swallow. All the tests came back normal and the doctors could not find the problem. My daughter, who is an RN in Tyler, called and asked if they had ruled out Myasthenia Gravis. I didn't know. I asked Trudy to help me research this and asked if she would print off a list of the symptoms so I could see if I agreed with my daughter's diagnosis. She did and I told her why I thought he met all the criteria for this disease. After talking with her, she contacted our primary physicians and then the neurologist, because she could see where there was not enough information given when he first examined my husband. Because of her diligence the Neurologist concurred and has started treatment.

I cannot tell you how kind, compassionate, positive and as far as I am concerned went miles beyond the call of duty! She is outstanding!
