I was at Mercy for a double bypass recently. I had fluid around my heart. Having stayed in ICU and Critical Care, I had many different nurses. I had Tyler for three nights during my last stay in ICU. He was fantastic! He paid so much attention to detail. Not just for his prescribed tasks but for making the patient as comfortable as possible. Some of these things seem very small but they showed that he was really trying to help. Such as making sure you could reach everything, keeping the lights down, etc. He was always trying to make you more comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He always did those little extra things that many others didn't. Recognition for him would be great.
