My wife and I were in the emergency room and this nurse helped her and provided us with very caring and professional care. My wife is an older Korean lady who can't hear well and this nurse helped her communicate with the doctors and other medical staff. We were in the emergency room about 12 hours before she was admitted to a room. The nurse was kind and professional with her duties throughout her shift. Always smiling and compassionate, in her last hour of a 12-hour shift as she was in the first hour. This hospital, the medical staff, and especially the patients are fortunate to have such a kind and professional nurse.
