Good evening, I am writing to you in reference to my grandson, J who was in on Friday for surgery. Your team was truly amazing from Lisa, Chris, Vicki, Heather, and Matt who were so wonderful with my grandson, joking and talking to him, making him feel comfortable. He was treated so well and also kept me informed. My daughter will be in for the same procedure in a few weeks. I’ve already experienced that department. I want to thank your staff for making us comfortable and treating us so well. Thank you.
