Vai cared for me for several nights at BSWH Centennial. She is one of the most caring, understanding nurses I have ever been with. She does not know the phrase “not my job”. She took care of my needs with care and compassion. No matter what it was. She was also training and was attentive, helpful and I could tell 100% invested in the success of her trainee. Vai is simply the best and it was difficult to say goodbye to her after her shift ended.
