I had a complete knee replacement operation and was sent to CMH for a three-night stay. Valera was my night nurse. On my second night, I had a meltdown. The machine I was on was making me anxious. I felt my pain was more than I could handle. All in all, I was in misery and feeling sorry for myself. Valera came to my rescue. She soothed my nerves, gave me physical relief and left me a much happier patient. You are lucky to have her and she is a true DAISY Nurse.
