This woman walks into my room and introduced herself as Vanessa, my nurse for the day. I had the most horrendous cough which caused me to urinate in my bed and over myself. Embarrassing for a 43-year-old woman. Vanessa sees some wet things on the floor and she immediately went into action. She asked me if I was wet and did I need help, but she did it in a no-shaming way. She did not make me feel less than her. She helped me get out of my wet clothes and made sure my bed was stripped down. She made sure that I was clean and that the room had no odor. She was and is an amazing person and I think she is a great team member to you guys.
