Vera Jackson, BSN, RN

Nurse Vera was such a bright light during my hospital stay. She was there for my needs, and she explained every step and process of my care. She was so reassuring to us. She helped me through my fears. Her patient education was excellent. She was very personable and professional. We felt she was like family by the time it was time for us to go home. Her sharing of some personal experiences helped me through. I feel like I can use her wisdom after my hospital stay in my everyday life. Even though the entire staff was great, she had the biggest impact on me. She was the greatest!
