While providing care for me, Veronica advocated for me by listening to my concerns and took steps to take care of things. She was kind, respectful and treated me with dignity. She showed compassion and great knowledge in ways that were needed to address my concerns. She ended up placing a new PICC line for me. Veronica has an excellent bedside manner and the skills to go along with it. I have experienced care from very many healthcare professionals, and Veronica is amazing. I would trust her to care for any of my loved ones with her extraordinary care. She truly is a DAISY Nurse.
