Veronica is always cheerful. She just lifted my spirit. I was supposed to be in Florida on vacation and going to Disney World and I missed my whole trip with my family. She went out of her way to find a popsicle for me. I know that doesn't seem like much but it meant a lot to me. Thank you for being a happy spirit. You made a difference in this old lady's stay. You're a great nurse and person. You do your job so well. Thank you again!
