Vicki made my girlfriend and me very comfortable the entire time throughout her shift. She came in with her bubbly personality and a smile every time she walked into our room. My girlfriend decided to stay the night with me and got cozy on the couch, but then Vicki came in and grabbed pillowcases, sheets, and blankets and turned the couch into a bed….. with a fitted sheet and flat sheet (LOL). She completely went out of her way to make sure myself and my girlfriend were as comfortable as possible! Thank you soooo much, Vicki, you made this scary visit as comfortable as can be! You are amazing!!
