Vikki was the first nurse to treat me at my wound care appointment. She put me at ease and took my fear away. I was afraid of the pain I would have when she packed and dressed my wound. She helped me put my fear aside, talked to me, and calmed me down at every visit.
I would ask for her at every appointment and I was so blessed by Vikki. I recommend her to anyone who needs wound care, especially a wound vac. She made the visits understandable, explaining all she did, and it just made my life so much easier. I didn't dread going to the appointments like I did for the first one. She just has a way of making her patients relax. She is a super worker and nurse!
