Vincent goes above and beyond, every day that he works, to care for his patients. He makes every attempt to make a personal connection with every person whom he comes in contact with. He works hard to put his patients and family members at ease. He takes pride in his profession as a nurse and believes that he can make a difference for everyone. Vincent is always willing to lend a hand to his co-workers and doesn't mind going out of his way when he sees someone in need.
