Vivian always had patient care at the front line. In the last 30 days, I have spent two admissions at Spectrum Health Big Rapids and an additional 8 days at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital. I had some personal issues going on with my family. One morning I was so upset, and feeling so down, that she took time to listen, and show sincere concern while assuring me how strong of a person I am. She made my pain disappear. Vivian is outstanding. Always on top of it before I would seek assistance. She arranged a birthday celebration with staff and came into my room after midnight with a handmade sign and birthday poster plus a new wristband. The entire staff was awesome.
