We had a rough beginning between a leader and a subordinate. But then, that rough beginning was the way for us to improve the working relationship we have now. It encourages me to be able to learn a lot of things in management and learning my personal capabilities and areas for improvement towards my work. Now he's the easiest person to approach. Supporting and guiding us in every step of our work when we are lost because of pressure. He encourages us to do better. Better in our job, better in decision making, better in our profession, and better in our personal goals.
