When a patient showed up to the Emergency Room stating she was lost and did not know where she came from, Walt took action. He called numerous phone numbers the patient had on a face sheet, every number the patient could remember and even located her daughter via Facebook and left a message. Eventually, they were able to make contact with the patient's granddaughter and found out the patient had been missing for 3 days. The family was tremendously grateful that we located them and took such great care of their mother. Walt, thanks for all you do to live out Tulane's mission every day.
