Walter was amazing. His attention to detail and our needs during my wife’s stay were far beyond our expectations. The guidance we received as well as the genuine feeling that he truly cared about both of us was overwhelming. We both believe that the experience we had at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- Hillcrest would not have been the same if we were not fortunate enough to have had Walter as our nurse. All the staff we encountered during our time at Hillcrest were very nice and professional, but Walter took it to a level I have never experienced! Clearly, I cannot say enough to express our appreciation! Thank you!
