Walter Odero, BSN, RN

Walter considers the load of each staff member and adjusts assignments while communicating and explaining the change of assignment if necessary. He would help staff, without having to be asked, so they can cope with their load of work. Walter sees the importance of the patient and family understanding treatment plans and options stressing the importance that we all work together. Walter comes on shift with a positive “can do” attitude. Aside from working hard, he lifts the staff member’s spirits with his contagious smile. Walter is way overdue for a DAISY Award.
