As a nursing assistant, I have worked with Walter Soriano and have been inspired by his professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients. Walter’s compassionate approach to patient care sets him apart as a shining example of what it means to be a dedicated healthcare professional. His ability to connect with patients on a personal level and provide them with comfort and support during challenging times is truly remarkable. 

He goes above and beyond to ensure that each patient feels valued and respected, and his kindness and empathy do not go unnoticed by those under his care. I have personally benefited greatly from working with Walter, as he has taken the time to guide me in simple yet effective ways. In my role as CNA, I have learned tips from Walter regarding lifting, turning, and cleaning patients that make my workflow more streamlined and productive. Walter always avails himself to the tech staff when needed and we concede that he is a joy to work with. 

Walter is deserving of the DAISY Award for the incredible impact he has on both patients and team members alike. His passion for nursing and unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care make him a true gem in our hospital community. I cannot think of a more deserving recipient, and I am confident that his continued contributions to patient care will be rightfully celebrated through this recognition.
