"Professor Seaback has been a consistent presence throughout my nursing education. She was part of my fundamentals clinical faculty and my professor for NURS 315 (Aging). Professor Seaback truly cares about her students and makes their well-being a priority. She has served as a role model for me as being someone who is enthusiastic about nursing, someone who advocates for her patients (and students), and as someone who encourages growth and understanding.
Professor Seaback treats every student equally and as though they are the most important person in the world to her. She's truly unlike any professor (or person) I've ever met. Professor Seaback is not only an incredible educator, but a patient, caring, consistent, and encouraging person. I can truly say I am a better nurse and a better person having been taught by Professor Seaback.
One of my favorite memories from my fundamentals class with Professor Seaback is that before every single exam, she would come into our classroom and give every single one of us (50 people) a hug and wish us luck. She even managed to find us before some of our Adult 1 exams the following semester to continue to ritual.
