Compliments to Nurse Waraporn, who provides excellent service and is always pleasant with a refreshing and smiling face. She has a great attitude with her patients, and she goes above and beyond in order to answer to the needs of patients and their families. I have met a lot of nurses from different hospitals. Here, the nurses truly care for me, especially Nurse Waraporn.
When I was first admitted, there were some issues my family and I weren't happy about. Miss Waraporn stepped in and resolved our problems. She was very patient and kind towards us. She helped clear up all the issues we had.
In terms of her nursing duties, she takes care of everything. She always asks whether we needed anything else, which clearly shows her empathy and compassion towards both patients and their families. Sometimes family members can get even more emotional than the patient themselves, but she can handle it and is okay with it. I am very impressed with her and want her to keep being this kind and caring forever, for the sake of every patient and their families.
