Will Valentine, RN

My mom came in with a broken bone and a lot of pain. Will was so kind to her, writing down his questions or comments since she is extremely hard of hearing. He treated her with dignity and respect, always listening to what she had to say and never rushing her. Whenever she was experiencing a problem, he did not just walk away. But instead searched for a solution. I witnessed this twice myself, with the solution in both cases benefiting my mother greatly. He was a constant in my mother's care which we were very lucky to have. On the last day I even witnessed Will pushing the lady in the room next door “around the block” a few times, giving her some much-needed attention since she never seemed to have any visitors. Will is a very caring human being! He is definitely in the right field!
