Will used humor, logic and skillfully resolved every issue with care. I feel that Will made a difference in my recovery and my impression of Flagstaff Medical Center.
Will made my recovery from back surgery more than tolerable. He made it pleasant, upbeat, and very positive. Not only did Will make sure I got my meds on time and attended to all the usual vital signs etc., but he also showed me he cared. The attention and humor I am positive hastened my recovery. I am the kind of patient who questions everything. Why? Who ordered that? Do I have to wait for PT before I go? Really? Some staff would take a very authoritarian stand-Will did not. Will used humor, logic and skillfully resolved every issue with care. I feel that Will made a difference in my recovery and my impression of Flagstaff Medical Center. You are fortunate to have William Henry on staff and I am grateful for his care. Thank you will for making a difference in someone’s life!
