The first time I met Bill he showed what an amazing person he is. I suffer from PTSD, I was assaulted by a fellow Marine when I was in the Corps. It is very difficult for me to have anyone examine me who is not a female. The doctor ordered an EKG and Bill came to get me. I immediately began having a panic attack. Bill noticed right away that I was a mess. First he explained what he had to do and then he tried to calm me down, with kind words. Then he offered to go find another nurse to perform the EKG. He was so understanding and kind and totally went out of his way to do whatever he could to make things easier on me. Since then, he has always been there for me if I need anything. He is an outstanding Nurse and human being.
