Our nominees bring strong assets to their roles and our organization is incredibly fortunate to have them as our part of Our Med-Surg Nurses.

First, they are dedicated and hardworking. They are extremely organized and focused on continuously learning and developing best practices to manage routine, safe patient care both efficiently and effectively. They bring a positive high energy and a personal touch.

They bring true professional attributes to WellSpan Waynesboro Hospital and genuinely care about delivering excellent quality work. They took the initiative to figure out what the patient needed as a human being and then delivered going above and beyond the call of duty in pursuing nursing excellence.

Our nominees easily developed and fostered their individual relationships with the patient helping to alleviate her concerns and work through her Depression. They all were motivated and positively engaged, serving as a true inspiration.
