Yana greeted my husband with a huge smile which made him feel at ease in the midst of all the things going on around him. Most everyone dismissed our anxiety by simply saying "everything will be okay, don't worry". Yana listened, looked at us and said, "it will be a rough one but we will be here to help you go through it". She attended to our needs that day and started our journey on a comfortable, positive note. Even after surgery, she came to visit him and facilitated the relief of his pain. We will always remember her sincere assurance on that first day.
