Yi-Fen has worked in Pediatric Ward for 14 years. Many patients' family members praise Yi-Fen for her carefulness and patience.
On Christmas Day a pediatric patient could not join a Christmas event with his classmates due to hospitalization. Yi-Fen not only encouraged the patient to talk about his disease, accepting treatment but also created a healing environment by inviting him to participate in a gift-exchange party held by nursing staffs.
The act helped the patient to cope with the pressure and discomfort from hospitalization, as well as, fulfilled the SHARE value promoted by TAH.
