My grandmother was admitted to the hospital on her 94th birthday. Miss Zabrina and 2 other nurses came in to sing her Happy Birthday. It was such a sweet gesture! She took extra time out to talk with my grandmother on a personal level, not just as a patient. This meant the world to all of us. She has a pleasant, calm and kind demeanor that shines in the care she gives. She made sure to explain everything to my grandmother and family in a way that was easily understood. It put us all at ease knowing my grandmother was in such excellent care. She even went out of her way to serve my grandmother ice cream at midnight and included me in the Nurses Week meal as I sat at her bedside. Thank you, Miss Zabrina, for your kindness and dedication. We are so thankful for you!
