Zach offered to cover for the surgery supervisor while she went on maternity leave. He learned how to perform her duties and was confident to be able to fill her shoes. Little did Zach know that his manager would be stricken with COVID, followed shortly by the educator. Zach suddenly had to fill all of these roles and HE ROCKED IT! He led the department and ensured we continued to provide excellent care to our patients and kept our staff and surgeons satisfied. Disaster averted thanks to Zach! Zach showed us all what it is to BE ONE!
