Zerika went above and beyond in every contact with Mom and our family both days we were fortunate enough to have her as Mom's nurse. There was not just one incident that stood out, it was every single time all day, both days, that we saw her. She answered questions, treated Mom with such love, kindness,and respect. There was just a light about her that shined from within. We needed professionalism - we GOT that. We needed respect - we GOT that. We needed kindness - we GOT that. We needed empathy - we GOT that. We needed expertise - we GOT that. We needed a sense of humor - we GOT that. And we needed a nurse to treat Mom as if she were her own mom - we GOT that. I can't imagine that anything more could be done for Mom than what Zerika did.
