Zhi was my husband's care nurse following a surgical procedure. We totally appreciated his friendly, positive, professional demeanor. He was immediately responsive as my husband started experiencing pain and exemplified grace under pressure when there were some urgent, unanticipated complications requiring a rapid response team. It was very scary, but throughout the drama, he remained decisive, supportive and reassuring. He even came by ICU the next day, just to check in with us and see how we were doing. We've been impressed and blessed by all the nurses that we have had here, but Zhi was a superstar!
