For 3 nights in a row, Anna was my Aunt's nurse. She was so attentive and just brightened my aunt's mood each encounter. I was so impressed by the outstanding service she provided to our entire family. My aunt was diagnosed only weeks ago, and this rapid progression has us all scared at what the end will be like for her. Anna was there for us all, educating us on what is typical and expected at the end of life.
After a not so great night, she was sure to communicate this to the team taking care of my aunt so they could manage the plan of care accordingly. On the 3rd night, we had a rough one. Anna prayed and then sang a hymn to my aunt while holding my aunt.
I have been a nurse for 13 years and rarely have I come across someone with such genuine compassion as Anna. She is an angel. Thank you, Anna!
