Rachel took care of me the entire time I was in the unit. She was compassionate to my husband when she saw him lying on the couch and brought him a blanket and pillow. She pulled it out and made it into a bed and made it up for him. She always met my needs when asked by bringing me snacks, emptying my "potty", and always asked me if I needed anything else. She always treated me with respect and was very professional. Her kindness shown towards my husband and service dog was evidenced by her smile every time she entered the room and greeted him as well as me. She was very professional in handling my medications and administering them to me. I could not have asked for a better nurse.
