Heather is an amazing nurse! Every time I come to the Infusion Center, she is so sweet and also makes me feel better. She not only listens to me but is one of those nurses you can tell truly cares about her patients. With my condition, I have come across all kinds of nurses and it really does make a difference when you can tell your nurse cares. You can tell Heather cares about her patients and loves her job.
When Heather does my IVs, she always is extra considerate, asking if I am comfortable or in pain. I am an extremely hard stick and Heather remembered me from last time, where we went last time, and I just think she is great with patients. There are times I feel horrible and nurses like her do make me feel better. She is one of the best nurses I have ever had and trust me I have had a lot; she is definitely one in a million!
