Carol is always willing to give a 100% no matter how big the task, her motto is "I will get it done no matter how long I have to stay and finish even if it kills me". Carol is dedicated and committed to RCH. She whole-heartedly believes and demonstrates the Mission and Vision of RCH and will literally do anything to achieve this. Carol is an inspiration to all she encounters. Carol is a leader who isn't afraid to teach, share, grow and inspire nurses to be the best and provide compassionate nursing care.
