Kristin was so amazing when we were admitted to the ICU with my dad. She was always upfront with my dad's condition and was always able and willing to answer any questions we had. She was so knowledgeable and able to articulate any information she was giving us in ways that we were able to understand. Whenever we needed her she was always right there. She was quick to give my dad the very best care while in was in critical condition and unstable. She was so very compassionate and provided excellent care to him. She was an awesome communicator with our family and we were so comfortable leaving him in her hands to go home and get some much needed rest. All of the above were great assets that she has but the most important thing that my dad talks about and remembers from his stay was her smile! It was his favorite part about this entire journey.
