Serena is an angel! Seriously, she went above and beyond her job description while helping me through my labor and emergency C-section in so many ways. First off, she talked my husband, my mother and me through the entire process. She explained in detail everything she was doing and what was happening with my body as it was my first pregnancy, which put us all at ease. She had the utmost empathy during my contractions and when I found out I had to have a C-section. She guided me through the pain and didn't just leave me to deal with it. I talked about her even after my delivery and told my entire family about her. If she had to deliver my baby, then I wouldn't have felt scared at all! She even came in my hospital room when she didn't have to, to check to see if I was okay and brought my husband a chair. I've never in my life written a review for anyone, but Serena really stuck out in our minds and was perfect in every way.
