Carol has been my husband's night nurse several nights and every night has been wonderful with him. With flu and pneumonia, he has been confused and not able to do much for himself. Her caring and attentive ways of taking care of his needs have been exceptional. She not only was thorough in seeing that all his needs were taken care of, but she also took care of all those other details such as emptying fluid bags still hanging and excess other equipment lying around - all these were taken care of so everything was orderly and clean looking. She also checked on my husband throughout the night and made certain everything was taken care of before she left. All our nurses have been wonderful, but Carol just seems to go the extra mile!!
