The moment I found out, I was going to have two procedures performed, I was very nervous/upset. Angela was there for me throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain the procedures in a private setting and prepared me for what I should expect during and after surgery. Mentally this was very relieving, and I knew Angela really cared about me during the process.
I feel Angela is a nurse anyone can feel comfortable with and hope to have along their side during their procedure. Her awesome sense of humor lightened the mood in a very stressful situation, taking my mind off the seriousness. She brought me warm blankets multiple times, soda after my procedure, helped schedule my next appointment and even assisted me out of the surgery center. A few days after my surgery, Angela sent me a personal card stating she appreciated me choosing Sanford Health and was thinking about me.
The big and small things that Angela did for me make me want to go back to Sanford Health for many other health care visits. Angela presents an awesome image for Sanford Health and her employer should be proud of her hard work and dedication.
