Marla is a mentor and director who leads by example. She is always accessible to our needs and can answer questions in any situation that arises. Marla has a wealth of knowledge in home care and regulatory compliance and is always willing to share that knowledge and grow her team to become independent and strong. She continues to impress me with day to day operations; she encourages you to push yourself, supports you when needed, and corrects you when you are wrong.
