Emily was very kind, attentive and discrete. On an evening when she was not assigned to our room, she stopped in to check on us. She provided comprehensive education while listening and reflecting on our comments in a way that developed self-efficacy. This reduced our anxiety and instilled a sense of confidence, we will forever be grateful.
Emily consistently presented us with all of the options available and asked others for help in making our requests heard. Her ability to make it seem like we were calling the shots as a family, instead of engaging in a "do what you're told" scenario was truly refreshing.
