Jenna has received numerous DAISY nominations within her first full year as a new grad nurse. Jenna is so compassionate to each of her patients and their families and ensures their comfort during their hospital stay. I frequently hear how "great" and how "amazing" Jenna is from her patients when I round. She puts them at ease and gives detailed education to help the patient prepare for discharge and care at home, regardless of their age. She is inclusive, is a great team player, and is one of the most dedicated nurses I have seen. She takes new employees under her wing and she takes every opportunity to make sure the entire team is good. Although she is just out of her first year of nursing, Jenna is well beyond her years caring for our various patient populations, her teamwork, and her amazing bedside manner. We are so fortunate to have her on our team!!
