Bri goes above and beyond daily for the women that we serve. She always remains curious and looks for the answers and solutions to the things we do not know. As a complex nurse case manager, she goes out into the community to help women and teenage girls learn how to be the best parent and mother that they can be. While they are pregnant she will go the extra mile to help women get to their appointments by calling cab services herself or the clinics to figure out why someone is missing appointments and how that can be avoided. She is always positive when there are barriers to resources for her members and digs until she can find a solution to meet those needs.
On a daily basis, she comes to work with a good spirit and displays a passion for the work that she does. I have personally witnessed her spending almost all day on the phone with various companies and members in order to find a solution to what they need. Such tasks as finding a resource for a family to get a bed so that the mother and all three of her children did not share a bed is a small example of how shed goes out of her way for her members. Bri will check in with members to assure that they have completed the tasks necessary for success.
Not only does she provide education to the families and members that we serve, but she also provides education to her coworkers after she goes to voluntary conferences. Bri is the first to step up and offer help to a co-worker, cover tasks when co-workers are out of the office and consistently stays busy helping and finding information that can better our program and benefit our members. I believe she is a true example of our values in the company and an example of the work ethic we should all strive to achieve.
